Copyright of Content

All the Go Earbuds members are allowed to post messages, texts, files, images, photos, or other materials (collectively "content") while you place a review. Anything you post to the Site or provide to Go Earbuds is and will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary, and by submitting or posting, you agree to irrevocably license the entry and all IP rights related thereto (excluding the moral rights such as: authorship right) to Go Earbuds without charge and Go Earbuds shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. Order Acceptance

Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and unless agreed to by Go Earbuds. Payment must be received by Go Earbuds prior to Go Earbuds's acceptance of an order. Go Earbuds is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer by Go Earbuds and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

Cancel Order

If you are requesting to cancel your order that is being shipped parcel, you must contact us within 2 hours from the time your order was placed. We apologize, orders placed online or over the phone that are shipped parcel begin processing within 1 hour to ensure order fulfillment and shipping time.

Return and Refund

Customers can contact Go Earbuds via phone or email for help when returns happen.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)# upon receipt of your order. Orders within 30 days from the date of shipment can request an exchange or a refund. If the products turn out to be defective (physical damages and damages caused by incorrect usage excluded) after 30 days, customers can only get a replacement from Go Earbuds. After 30 days from the shipment date, customers will still be allowed to send the defective unit back to Go Earbuds. We will help forward the item to the manufacturer for repair. If the item is un-repairable after being checked by the manufacturer, Go Earbuds will send it back to customers.

Shipping & Delivery

On your checkout page, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Date. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date :

  • Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 1 – 2 days however, some orders may ship within as few as 4 hrs and some may take up to 2 days.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Shipping carrier will vary based on the weight of the product and your delivery location.

Go Earbuds provides tracking information as soon as your order is shipped via e-mail. Feel free to contact us at any time if you need assistance tracking your order.

Failed delivery packages or returned to sender packages will be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a credit for your merchandise only. If you would like to have the merchandise re-delivered, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.

No Warranties

Go Earbuds and the materials contained therein are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You expressly agree that use of the site, including all content or date distributed by or, downloaded or accessed from or through the site, is at your sole risk.

Go Earbuds does not represent or warrant that materials on the site are accurate, complete, current, reliable or error-free.

Go Earbuds is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, text or photography. We cannot and do not represent or warrant that the site or its server(s) is (are) free of viruses or other harmful components, including content that is posted by third parties. You should use industry-recognized software to detect and disinfect viruses from any download.

About Modifications

Go Earbuds reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Site Terms, or any policy of the site, from time to time at any time and in its sole discretion. If Go Earbuds decides to change these Site Terms or a Site policy, it will post a new version on the site and update the effective date set forth above.
